Kathy Peterson is a self-taught watercolor artist. She lives in the country near Melrose, MN, with her husband Gene and their children. Inspiration for her paintings comes from the many things around home. She also does her own framing and matting, crafting beautiful frames from barnwood and other recycled wood. Kathy says of her work, "I feel like a beginner at this and half the time I don’t know what I'm doing. So when a painting turns out pretty – to God be the glory."
